Step 1:

The Peer Support Program is a program designed to support Black gay,  bisexual and same gender loving men in their decisions regarding HIV prevention and care support services. This program is part of a larger research study, entitled HPTN 096: Building Equity Through Advocacy (BETA).

To help us match you with a peer support worker that best fits your specific needs or concerns, please fill out the short questionnaire using the link below.  

We know some of the questions may seem personal, but they also allow us to connect you with the best person for your request. We will keep all your answers confidential.

Thank you. A peer support worker will contact you within 48 hours.
